Of course we couldn't say no to ice cream stop on our bike ride after being kid free for a week!! In other news Henry is expertly reading silently before bedtime! I don't know who is more excited about this?!!!

Wisconsin wedding

Wi stop at Mars cheese castle. Destination was a beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple.

Summer vacation

Day after day spent on the beach. We saw fireworks, did lots of bike riding, running, yoga, kayaking, paddleboarding, and ice cream endulging. Great memories were made together! So thankful to be able to get away and recharge the family!

Zoo!

Got to see some of our favorite Wild Kratt brothers at the zoo.  Perfect day to attend, rode our bikes with Grandpa and Grandma there too!  Had a fun time with an outdoor movie with friends.  We all did the sting ray exhibit.  Henry even gave feeding them a try.

Fun on the Fourth

Catching up a bit.  Summer has been busy!  Both boys participated in Tee-Ball this summer which had us cramming in some 4 day per week games/ practices.  And we won't be able to even take a breather because both boys wanted to play Fall Soccer, which starts next week.  Had a great time enjoying fireworks, a few different pools, and a friend's block party.  Also we all did a 5k Independence Day Race.  Was glad to see the boys excited to participate in the kids dash.

Father's Day Weekend Camping

After an awesome completion of a 100 mile mountain bike race in Michigan, Brian joined us for the remainder of a camping weekend. We kayaked, fished, biked, swam and played on the beach. It's really fun to watch the boys be quite independent at a state park. Henry even made a few 5 minute friends around the campgrounds!
